Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Yellow Chilli Seeds. The Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Yellow (C. Chinense) is a variant of the Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Red. Considered by many to be the one of the hottest chillies in the world, the yellow variant is not as hot as the red variant. Not as hot, but still blisteringly hot. For some chilliheads, the Yellow moruga makes up in flavour what it has lost in heat. And we tend to agree, this is a superbly tasty chilli. As with most Superhots, this variety needs warmth and care to get going. But once established, produces plenty of beautiful yellow pods that are round and folded in a characteristic four lobed or three lobed pod. Slightly to extremely bumpy skin and a slightly pronounced tip that sits within the folds of the lobes. A really awesome chilli to grow and definitely a chilli that has many applications. A little of this chilli goes a very long way.
