Rocoto Brown (Secluded)
Rocoto Brown Secluded Chilli Seeds. The Rocoto Brown (C. Pubescens) is a super tasty brown variation of an all time classic. Good germination and growth, these plants can reach a good 80 - 100cm. Good, typical Rocoto plant structure and hairy foliage - which is a trait of Rocotos. Flowers are a brilliant purple colour. Pods have a lovely ovaloid shape and ripen from a dark green to a eye catching chocolate brown. These pods are large in size and very fleshy. Great fresh or for sauces. crunchy, juicy with a perfect heat. 30,000 - 40,000 SHU possibly hotter. These pods have a well rounded peppery burn that is long and sustained. Very sweet with a herbaceous flavour profile. We loved growing this variety and can highly recommend this variety.

* The container sizes above are sugested sizes that are reasonable and accessible for most growers (taking price, space, ecological/environmental impact into consideration). Not everyone can look at growing in huge containers. If you can justify growing in larger containers - there are no limitations on container sizes. You may however, rather look at growing in soil as an option in these instances. Using large amounts of potting medium will come with ecological/environmental impact, which you may wish to take into consideration.
