Kashmiri Mirch Chilli Seeds. The Kashmiri Mirch (C. Annuum) is infamous in Indian cuisine. This chilli comes from the Kashmir region of India. It is known and praised for its colour and flavour when dried and made into powder. These are dried and made into a brilliant deep red chilli powder that will add a amazing red colour to dishes. These plants grow to around 60cm (possibly larger), producing lots of large Cayenne shaped pods with a dark red exteriror. This is a very special chilli indeed and will be an absolute prize and must have for those of you who love to make curries.
