Füszer Csipös Chilli Seeds. The Füszer Csipös (C. Annuum) is a Hungarian Heirloom Paprika. Füszer meaning spice. Csipös meaning hot. These paprika have heat, but are considered mild.
This cultivar is a small to medium paprika plant (40-60cm) which produces all year round, given the right conditions. In winter time, a good north facing sheltered spot in the garden – against a sunny wall, will go down a treat. Pods are long (6-8cm) with a slight undulation. Pods ripen from dark green to a brilliant red colour and are best suited for drying and manufacturing into chilli (paprika) powder. These pods dry very well and can be manufactured into a lovely rich dark red paprika powder.
A must for anyone looking to make a magnificent medium heat powder. if you are a grower with a culinary interest, this is a great choice.
