We sell these pods as a food additive and must warn/caution customers that these pods should not be consumed in jest or as a prank. This chilli is over 400 times hotter than a Jalapeño and can result in serious illness and even hospitalization if consumed by lesser mortals.
These pods can be crushed to make superhot chilli flakes or ground into a fine powder which can be used sparingly in dishes.
Please Note: Seeds from these pods will be sterile, due to having been dried in the oven at high temperature.
