Our Brilliant Brown is made with a base of lacto-fermented chillies and tomato, infused with garlic, organic soy & fish sauce. It delivers a firm, well-rounded, long & peppery burn that goes superbly with breakfast fry-ups, ribs & burgers.
This on a toasted bacon/macon and egg sandwich is absolutely boss!
