Biker Billy Jalapeño Chilli Seeds

Biker Billy Jalapeño chilli seeds. The Biker Billy Jalapeño (C. Annuum) is a very really awesome variety of Jalapeño. The Billy Biker Jalapeño is named after Billy Hufnagle who is a chilli lover, foodie and Harley rider. This variety has good germination and consistent growth in our experience. The pods are a really nice, decent size with lovely corking that develops when pods change from green to red. As with all Jalapeños, they can be harvested when green or red. Green pods have a more herbaceous flavour, while fully ride red pods are sweeter and slightly hotter. We found the red pods to be very fruity and juicy, but could note verify that the pods were any hotter than other varieties of Jalapeños - although having said this, this could be down to growing conditions.

Germinate indoors 2 months before last frost - July/August. In trays/pots. A heating pad is recommended for hot cultivars (keep temp at 26-32ºC). Keep soil moist but do not over water! 	Medium to Large = 15-20 Litres*
	Large = 20-25 Litres*

* The container sizes above are sugested sizes that are reasonable and accessible for most growers (taking price, space, ecological/environmental impact into consideration). Not everyone can look at growing in huge containers. If you can justify growing in larger containers  - there are no limitations on container sizes. You may however, rather look at growing in soil as an option in these instances. Using large amounts of potting medium will come with ecological/environmental impact, which you may wish to take into consideration.
