Bhut Jolokia Pods Oven Dried

10g Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) Pods Oven Dried. This equates to roughly 8 to 10 whole dried pods in a packet.

The Bhut Jolokia is India's hottest chilli and revered around the world for it great flavour and exceptionally strong and long burn. The Bhut Jolokia comes by many different names. Most commonly, the Bhut Jolokia, Naga or simply Ghost Pepper.

Included in this product is roughly 8 - 10 pods per 10g. These pods are non-irradiated and have been oven dried. Pods can be stored in a sealed package for a decent amount of time and may last even longer if stored in the freezer until needed. To use, simply create powder or add crushed flakes to the meal. We caution customers to wear gloves when handling these pods, as the capsaicin in these pods is very strong and will leave a unpleasant burning sensation on the hands and sensitive body parts if touched. The heat of the Bhut Jolokia is instant and the burn is one of the longest delivered by any chilli.

A must have chilli to have in the spice rack ;)

Please Note: Seeds from these pods will most probably be sterile, due to having been dried in the oven at high temperature.
