Bali Naga Chilli Seeds

Bali Naga Chilli Seeds. The Bali Naga (C. Annuum) - not to be confused with Naga chillies is in fact a very hot Annuum variety that we presume originates from Bali. This variety grows well to a height of around 100cm. Plant structure is typically Annuum with pods upward facing much like Asian Birdseye. Short pointed chillies ripen from green to red when fully ripened. This plant does benefit from a long growing season as it does take a long time to ripen. This could possibly be due to the fact that its origins are in Bali, where this variety can grow all year round and will most probably grow into a proper tree. These chillies are up there with the hottest Annuum chillies we have tasted. Crunchy pods that are quite seedy and have a searing heat. The burn on these is intense, with a very long burn - a peppery burn that is well suited to hot Asian dishes. A really good producer of chillies that are very versatile used fresh in the kitchen or dried and made into chilli powder.

Not everyone can look at growing in huge containers. If you can justify growing in larger containers  - there are no limitations on container sizes. You may however, rather look at growing in soil as an option in these instances. Using large amounts of potting medium will come with ecological/environmental impact, which you may wish to take into consideration.
