Ancho San Louis Chilli Seeds
Ancho San Louis Chilli Seeds. The Ancho San Louis (C. Annuum) is a variant of Ancho/Poblano. Plants grow bushier in our experience, producing a good yield of Ancho/Poblano pods. Pods ripen from dark green to a beautiful red colour with dark blushen on the skin. Pods are large, crisp and have a lovely sweet, slightly smokey flavour. Ancho / Poblanos are well known for their use in Mexican cuisine, but well suited for most culinary dishes. In fact a super versatile chilli in the kitchen. Also great for stuffing. Well suited for drying or turning into flakes and powders. These chillies have a fair bite around 1000 - 2000 SHU. A must have in any grow.

* The container sizes above are sugested sizes that are reasonable and accessible for most growers (taking price, space, ecological/environmental impact into consideration). Not everyone can look at growing in huge containers. If you can justify growing in larger containers - there are no limitations on container sizes. You may however, rather look at growing in soil as an option in these instances. Using large amounts of potting medium will come with ecological/environmental impact, which you may wish to take into consideration.
