Ancho 101 chilli seeds. This is a fantastic variety of Poblano (C. Annuum). Good germination, followed by consistent growth throughout the season. Pods are large and consistent in size. Pods ripen from dark green to red with patches of dark red when fully ripe. These peppers have a mild heat and extensively used in Mexican cuisine. They have a very mild burn and are traditionally used either green, red, fresh or dried. They are most famous for use in Mole and Rellenos dishes.
