Aji Jobito X Trinidad 7Pot Bubblegum (BBG) Yellow Chilli Seeds. The Aji Jobito x Trinidad 7Pot Bubblegum (BBG) Yellow (C. Chinense) - now that is a mouth full. This is a wonderful hybrid variety that in our experience has good growth traits and is a great little producer of delightful golden coloured pods. Being a hybrid, this cultivar is not stable and variations must be anticipated. But if you are in for a little mystique and excitement for the new - this may just be your calling. Pods ripen from green to a lovely yellow that is truly eye catching. The real thing with this variety is their rapid growth and fantastic yield. These pods vary from ovaloid to slightly irregular and are around 5x3 cm in size. There are a number of variations of this cultivar cross floating around among growers and we have to say, this is a lovely strain. This strain is bias towards the Aji Jobito cultivar. In other words, less of the BBG strain in this variation. Which is not to say that the BBG traits will not show up in future seasons. There is no BBG calyx or bleeding calyx. Pod skin is also smooth. This is not a mild pod by any length of the imagination, but it is super tasty. Great size, crunch and flavour ensure this is a very versatile chilli for sauces, slasas, powders... your imagination is the limit. A really wonderful variety.
