Aji Benito
Aji Benito Chilli Seeds. The Aji Benito (C. Baccatum) comes from Bolivia, South America. Another massive producer in the Baccatum family. These delightful plants produce a stack! Interesting dense plants with very wispy branches. Pods are an unusual shape, rounded rectangular with a gentle tip at the end. Almost like miniature hot water bottles. Pods ripen on mass from a off white, pale green to orange and finally a fire engine red when fully ripe. Lovely, crispness. Fruity, citrus, sweetness. These are great for snacking from the vine. Super fresh in salads or fresh salsas. That crunch is always so awesome. Heat wise, there is a not a lot. These are rated mild and suitable for those among you who do not do heat.

* The container sizes above are sugested sizes that are reasonable and accessible for most growers (taking price, space, ecological/environmental impact into consideration). Not everyone can look at growing in huge containers. If you can justify growing in larger containers - there are no limitations on container sizes. You may however, rather look at growing in soil as an option in these instances. Using large amounts of potting medium will come with ecological/environmental impact, which you may wish to take into consideration.
