It has been three long years since our last Vintage Chilli Sauce (2015). This is because not every growing season yields a Vintage Sauce. Only exceptional chilli seasons bring about a Vintage Sauce. 2018 was one of those exceptional chilli seasons with between 200 - 250 chilli varieties to choose and blend from.
