Pequin chilli seeds. This is a classic. Pequins originate and grow wild in the southern states of America. These are bushy shrubs that sprawl and can grow quite large. Delicate structure to these plants, yielding loads of pequin shaped pods that are thin skinned and very seedy, but superb for drying and for making chilli powder or flakes. A great nutty flavour to these when dried and a superb firm peppery burn.
