Chillihead Brilliant Brown Sauce. What a Brilliant Brown Sauce! (If we may say so ourselves). Made from Scotch Bonnets fermented in a sour mash. To this we add tomato, garlic, Soy Sauce (Certified Organic), Fish Sauce (Saltwater & Anchovy), Agave Nectar, Coconut Blossom Sugar, freshly squeezed limes and lemons... in a nutshell, this sauce is natural from the ground up. This sauce has a delightful flavour about it. It has a medium burn and definitely ranks as our mildest sauce. It goes fabulously with breakfast fry ups or a braai and Super on burgers. But, for us, this sauce is a marriage made in heaven with Pork Sausage, Bacon and Eggs. Irresistable!

It goes superbly with breakfast fry ups or a braai. Super on burgers and would not go amiss in a stir fry. |
